Fee Schedule
All of our assessment and treatment sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis -you will have the undivided attention of your physiotherapist for the full duration of your visit. Our fees are reflective of this focused approach.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, debit and cash. Many extended health plans offer reimbursement for some or all of the cost of physiotherapy. You will be issued a receipt suitable for submission to your extended medical provider.
*We do not offer treatment for Worksafe BC (WCB) patients at this time.
Your first visit to Restore Physiotherapy
All new patients must fill in a patient intake form. To maximize your time with your physiotherapist, we ask that you complete & submit it electronically via our online scheduling platform (Jane). It will be emailed to you once you book your first appointment (or just ask and we’ll happily email it to you). There is a location on this form where you can see which extended medical plans we accept and enter details about your extended medical coverage
Dress comfortably so that we can more accurately observe your problem areas and assess your movements. We recommend shorts or pants with a loose waistband. Female clients are asked to bring a spaghetti strap tank top or sports bra. Please get changed prior to your session so that we can maximize your assessment and treatment time.
A doctor’s referral is not necessary for physiotherapy treatment; however, if you have one, please bring it with you. If you have any reports related to your injury (e.g. Xray, MRI, specialist report etc), please bring them with you or have your doctor’s office email at: info@restorephysiotherapy.ca or fax them to us at: 1-855-235-3244
